I got into real estate because I like being useful during one of the biggest, most stressful decisions most people will make. Lake Havasu City and Mohave County are markets where a lot of buyers and sellers are navigating something unfamiliar — a second home, a retirement move, a first sale — and I’d rather be the person who slows down and explains things clearly than the one who just pushes toward a signature.
What I’ve found is that most people don’t actually want a salesperson — they want someone who will tell them the truth about their situation, prepare thoroughly, and communicate clearly the whole way through. That’s the standard I hold myself to on every transaction, whether it’s a $200,000 starter home or a waterfront property.

Outside of work, I’m out on the water or on the trails as much as the schedule allows — it’s a big part of why I like living here, not just working here. I’m in this community for the long run, which is also why I’d rather give you a straight answer than a convenient one.
