Read the original June 2026 report (PDF). These figures cover the report’s single-family residential category within Lake Havasu City. They do not combine condos, manufactured homes, land, commercial or multi-family properties. The report does not provide days on market or a sale-to-list ratio for this table.
What this means for a seller.
As an interpretation of these figures, a greater number of reported closings does not mean every property became more valuable: the median sale price was lower in this comparison. Property mix can change the median. Your pricing decision still needs comparable homes, current competition and the condition and features of your own property.
Before using any market number.
- Check the date and whether the number describes an asking price or a closed sale.
- Match the geography and property type to your home.
- Look at relevant comparables rather than treating a citywide median as a valuation.
This was the latest monthly PDF available in the association’s public statistics directory when checked on October 7, 2026. Ask for a current property-specific review before making a sale decision.
